Short corporate piece designed for a marketing company to illustrate their capabilities born as the result of a pitch to the marketing director and owner to enhance the company's impact on potential clients. Designed and formed from a list of key points, it plays off the company's logo. Self-directed and proceeded by contracts with Nextel, Unilever and Smirnoff Ice.

Animation: the Vita 4

Pilot turned short series for CPTV Kids. Supplementary exercise and health cartoon using four fruit and vegetable rock band characters designed to resemble the Beatles as envisioned by the creator, songwriter Jill Nesi. Character design, storyboard, director for animated and live-action footage, supervisor in charge of staff and final editor and DVD authoring. Full involvement with program extended to marketing, budgeting and scheduling. Emmy Nomination for Graphic Short craft category.

I am a seasoned professional in the Animation and Motion Graphics industries, specializing in After Effects Animation. I'm based in LA and available for on and off-site contracts.
Former adjunct professor and BFA graduate of Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), my 15 + years as a production artist and entrepreneur provide a broad range of skills. (Resume). I also do print graphics and digital media development such as DVD menu/package design and marketing materials.
Highlights:
For my latest gig with Nick Jr.’s The Fresh Beat Band 1st season, I am designing a unique drawing style and animation for 20 episodes. In Connecticut, I produced and directed an entire children’s series for PBS called The Vita 4 for which I received two Emmy® nominations. Prior to that I was with Nick Jr.’s award-winning Blue’s Clues as animator for 5 years.
